Ripoff led me to believe that I was getting a credit card which turned out to not be true rip-off scum bags

I recieved the acceptance letter that stated I was guaranteed approval for a credit card with a limit of $5000.00. The letter also stated 0% APR 1st 12 months and a 30-day guarantee of money back with no questions asked.
Too good to be true, I jumped at the offer and sent not only the $45.00 membership fee, but $49.00 for faster service. I recieved a package approx. Two weeks later containing a catalog the card was for. I was not aware that the "credit provider" was just their catalog and a b.S. Web address.
In trying to contact them numerous times, I recieved a busy signal and recordings. I just dont want to be taken advantage of and would like help in the return of my money. They were just completly not what I expected.
