Unethical Business Practices

I had a binder and a signed contract on a house this bank had for sale. Two hours before I was to sign to receive the funds for purchase I received a calll that the bank lawyer had chosen to sell my house to someone else for less money. I notified the bank that I was filing complaints with the NYS Attorney General and the NYS Banking Department.

They responded by having that same lawyer call me and try to find out if I was sueing and what my lawyers name and number were. They also had some guy named George (the janitor maybe?) call me and try to convince me I had the wrong bank.
What a lousy bank to do business with. Never again.
