Ripoff theft lies and scandal con artist fake

My fiance' made an oral agreement over the phone with Natasha Jonen employee #1600 of the American Leisure Club. They promised him a $10,000 credit limit for one full year with 0% interest and no monthly fee. The cost was $199.90 and was deducted from my bank account and I didn't give them permission in writing and I didn't inform my bank of what ws going on.
A Florida vacation was promised to us. Paper work on the vaction was sent to our home. He filled it out and a representitive called us to confirm reservations. Then 2 weeks later the 1-800 number was suspended!
