Ripoff of unsuspecting disabled individual will not refund money!

I am writing on behalf of an emotionally challenged young man in our program. This gentleman fell for Advantage Capitol Program scam and was immediately assisted in placing a call to cancel this service.

Instead they continued to debit his account and amass large insufficient funds charges with his bank. This individual exists on SSI payments, he cannot afford to be cheated like this. We definitly need assistance in getting his money back.
