Ripoff Instead of protecting me IRS collection they did nothing for 1 year NOW I HAVE BIG IRS TROUBLE

Since 1997, Tax Resolution Services has saved clients over $30 Million." Now, I would bet that they have lost clients over $30 million as well due to their inaction, ineptness, or just plain scam!

They assured me that they could help me with my dire situation; placing me in an uncollectable status with the IRS. I paid them early 2006 to do so; provided reams of documentation and spent a year thinking they were taking care of me. The tax problem was not of my making and I was in dire financial situation. Some serious medical problems caused me to be fired from my government job. I hired lawyers to fight against this and used up all my savings to pay them only to loss my case, it's true you cannot fight the government even if they are wrong. So, I had no income and no savings and no retirement and had to take out a second mortgage on my home for daily living; and, was hit with this big collection bill from the IRS.

TRS communication with me was extremly poor and what there was led me to believe they had done their job. BIG SHOCK one year later - the IRS collected a large sum from me (which was borrowed money as it was) and have started other actions to collect from me. I confronted TRS only to be filled full of hot wind and twisted truths; and of course, I was blamed for the problem. So, I contacted the IRS directly speaking with 4 agents within different divisions. They had no record of TRS doing anything for me, no Power of Attorney was submitted, no inquires made, no forms submitted, nothing except one contact was made June. The agents all asked why I had done nothing since receiving my first notice (it was because I thought TRS was taking care of me). They were given every notice, every thing they asked for. After a few hours on the phone with the IRS I was able to accomplish what they did not given more than one year's time; but, now it was too late to do me much good.

TRS has placed me in a terrible situation with the IRS due to their inaction and no communication with me nor the IRS. The IRS is ruthless and they do not care that I will end up on the street destitute; they just want their tax payments.

Do not do business with these people, do not trust them. As most scammers, they have forked silver tongues. I am in financial and emotional distress and my life is now a mess. My future is uncertain. I gave them my money and my trust and in return; I am in ruins and will likely lose everything I still have which is nearly nothing. Of course they do not care.
