Complete Scam don't send them money report to FBI

My name is paul I Have ripped off by ic services. They claim to be a company that helps you obtain a grant however they just receive your 464.00 money order payment and tell you you're approved and you just wait for nothing. I was told different things from several people in the company. I even did a business proposel that took several months to complete. I was told that after they received the proposel money would be in my account within 8 weeks. They don't answer calls and continue to lie to you to buy time. Something must be done to stop these people!
