Pw/eauction a total rip off and i hope this company goes to hell

I ordered the CD online from Top Rank Tips, a Home Business Kit. I was charged $4.95 around the end of June 07 and received my cd in the mail a week later. I look at my bank statement today and I am now charged $49.90 for something I have no idea about. It is not stated on anything that you will be charged.
DO NOT BUY THIS CD. I haven't even opened it yet and I'm getting charged for it. I will be sending this back with a letter from my lawyer requesting my money be returned to me at once. Again, this is a RIP-OFF so don't buy into it.
