Internet Scam Artists ripoff

On June 5, a company named Inde Plus Visa withdrew $17.95 from my bank account This was an ACH withdrawal. I have never before heard of this company. The bank listed the phone number as: 888-433-4096.

When I called I was only able to talk to a robot or Automated calling. They will not put you through to a real person. It says if you have any questions to go to: cslogin.com.

I did and "chatted" with a customer representative. She told me that she canceled my account and I would get my $17.95 refunded within thirty days.

This did NOT happen. The next month, on July 7, $159.99 was withdrawn from my bank account. I again called and "chatted" with another operator. She said my account had never been canceled. Thaat I had NOT called to cancel it.

I then went to my bank and filled out an e-form for them to get my money back as "chatting" with any of these people was a total waste of time.

Thanks be to God, my $159.99 and $17.95 was refunded within twenty days.in the meantime I received a letter and the web address on that was not cslogin.com but www.independenceCard.com. It stated that in order to get this card and all the benefits it listed I had to sign the paper and return it to to the Patriot Act. According to this letter the $159.99 was a one time fee. Afterward, they would deduct $14.99 monthly., if I used the card or not.

Anyway, if you ever see this on your bank statement, go directly to your bank and fill out an e-form. They have to refund your money if you did not authorize them to withdraw it. Also, contact your state's District Attorney Office, state representative and senator.
My state representative did respond to my letter and they are now looking into this so called company.
This was a nightmare. They are total Internet Scam Artists.

They withdraw the money and it usually takes about three months before you get the letter that you must sign in order to get your card. Since I canceled and the bank got my money back, I can only speculate if you would ever even get a card or how long it would take to get it.
Good luck out there everyone and watch out! Be alert and careful of who you give any banking info to. I believe this company received mine from a third party, probably a site where I buy books.
