Have not released loan I have sent $2300.00 Ripoff

On May 15th I was approved for a $5000.00 thru a company in New York, the number I provided is the "customer service number" I have made many attempts to get my loan or my money returned. The week of July 30-August 1st they won't even answer the phone. Johnathon keeps telling me that his Financial department won't releas the funds.

I have sent over $2300.00 plus fees plus am out several dollars for phone calls to the company and still no loan.
Johnathon will not return calls and is not very helpful. I just want by $2300.00 back plus my western union fees.
