Core Exploration is a company located in Fort Worth, Texas. Core Exploration, "gains" investors for Oil and Gas drilling. They then promise their investors returns of 400%.

Core's business practices are un-professional to say the least. Down right evil really. Here they are in a nut shell:

1 - The Marketing Department, headed by Richard Partin, is nothing more than an old-style, boiler room, telemarketing set-up. With cheesy Values posters, bad carpeting and the smell of mildew. What stinks even worse, are the "encouragement" practices of Management.

The telemarketers are told to "make them feel like if they say 'No', you're going to come through the phone and beat their ass". Or "these people are nothing but a bunch of dumb f*cks. They don't know what they want to do with their money. YOU are going to tell them what to do with that money, and don't f*cking let them go untill you set a f*cking appointment".

The telemarketers are to treat their "potential" clients like dirt. "Have no respect for these pricks, 'cause they don't have any respect for your sorry ass."

Telemarketers are beat down by phases like; "Don't be such a p*ssy! Take that guy by the balls and squeeze untill you get that book!" (A book is Core's catch-phrase for an appointment)

Or how about this; "If someone doesn't make a G*d-D*mned book in 5 f*cking minutes, you're all f*cking fired, and I'll kick your ass all the way out the f*cking door".

Sounds like a group of really nice guys, doesn't it.

2 - The "leads" that Core provides are supposed to be valid leads of oil and gas investors. Most of these investors have never invested in oil and gas, and the ones that have never want to do it again. A great deal of the investors that have invested in oil and gas, know of or have worked with Core before, and wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

Their reputation procedes them.

3 - Core obviously does not like to make good on their debts. Employees have quit over the hostile work enviroment of the Marketing Department, headed by Richard Partin, and they do not get paid. I was one of these employees. I have dealt with all of the above and more.

The reason that I write this:

BEWARE! Anyone doing research on Core Exploration, Inc. For investment reasons... Stay away. These are not the kind of people that you want to work with.

Anyone considering employment with Core Exploration, Inc., a word of warning: You will go through all of the above. Stay away and look for a decent job, one with benefits (Core has none of any consequence), one with time off, one where the relatives of the managers are not all employees with special treatment.

That is of course, you prefer to be treated like a decent human being. If not, and you are like the ones talked about in this report, then you would fit in nicely.
