Poor service!

I've repeatedly attempted to get hold of the corporation to see them of my mortgage transaction status. After I contact the amount instantly moves me, after which claims it's "not able to move" then hangs up. I have to clean up my mortgage repayments instantly to avoid foreclosure on my home, and also have been not able to consult with anybody for MONTHS!!! This really is for me among the factors a lot of individuals have been put in this place... insufficient banks!
