Over payment

On May 15, I accidentally paid $1200. Oo to GE Money-Bank on a merchant account by which I'd a zero stability. I've been calling since May to obtain the refund about the over-payment of the consideration simply to be informed the check is within the email, it got dropped due to the next of September, it requires thirty days to get a reimbursement, it requires 45 times to get a refund and also the reasons proceed. It's been more than 60 times and that I realize that they'd not endure waiting that time period due to their cash, the corporation is just a scam and it has the toughest customer support capabilities around. I'll never utilize any GE items again or will I actually recommend the monetary facets of the corporation. Does anybody have any guidance or connections to obtain my money returned? Cheers.
