Usfm stay far far away they will totaly rip you off i am seeking legal action

Well first they want money up frount that should have been my warning sign and I am not talking about $25 app fee, more like $450 app fee for 2 months so that is $900 before you even start. So your out $900 and your credit cards are behind 2 months not including more if your behind already. Then they take 150 and 29 out of your so called set aside account (for 15 months) so they can negotiate with the creditor. I had been doing this for 6 months and in the month of July I recieved a letter from a law firm and the credit company was about to take legal action. I called USFM they wanted me to mail the letter not fax it mail it. So I called again to see what the communication had been between the creditor they had no record and didnt even know how much was in my SO CALLED set aside account. I cancled service with them right then. Then I called all my credit cards and asked if they have been talking with USFM they all said NO! Never heard of them and didnt know what I was talking about. They took my money for 6 months and didnt do a damn thing. Please someone help.
