Commercial Mortgage SCAM ARTISIT Stold $11,000 from me and Thousands from others ripoff

This guy is a total scam artist. I have not idea how there is nothing else on the internet about him. Basically about 8 months ago we stared processing two commercial mortgage loans with this guy.

It was months of delays and in the end not only did he scam us for $5500 X 2 in fully refundable "processing" fees to get the loans started but one of our clients lost the property he was purchasing. He actually had the "@#$%^" to send us checks drawn on his companys account which bounced.

Every week for the past 8 months he has promised a refund to no avail. Lets see, his x-wife stole his money, his business partners stole his money, he got in a car accident, his server has been down, he has lost his cell phone, his cell phone wasnt working last week due to storms, oh yes and this past week the USPS mysteriously lost $2000 he sent. He went as far to send me a bogus USPS tracking number.

He knows how to talk the talk. I am actually worried that when the police get involved that he is so good he may convince them he is not a scam artist. This is how good this guy is! Do not trust RENE GARCIA (if thats even his real name). He is a cruel human being who should be in jail for scamming good people out of hard earned money.
