Cash Call
Called my father in law and when he hung up on them they called back and said if i didnt call them i would be sorry ripoff

I am 2 months behind with cash call, they call my house several times a day and nw they have started caalling my family. They called my fatherin law and and he told them he didnt know me and hung up.

The lady her name NiNi called him right back and said well she muct be either your sister or wife and let her know if she doesnt call back she wil be sorry!
It wasnt 10 minutes later they then called my mother in law and told her that i needed to get in touch with them or i was in big trouble.

The following day i called back that Nini was very rude and down right mean i told her i couldd not ake a payment to them til next friday and she said thats not good enough, that it had to be this week, be cause i was 2 months behind.

I told her i could not do that then she proceeds to ask if i always dont pay my bills and how she is a single mother and always pays hers. Every one has different circumstances.

Then she tells me they would just send my account to abritration and that my paychecks will be garnished, i said then so be it. She like you could get it for possible fraud cause i havent talked to you and some of your references we couldnt reach, i said well your talking to me now. And you wont work with me. She said no! And told me good luck and hung up.

I cant not believe that this company is this way how is this legal for them to do this? Now my pay checks are gonna probably garnished for $9,000 when i in all actuality owe $2400. I will never be so stupid and hopefully deserate as this again.
