My Merchant Money U.S. Merchant Systems Deceptively lured our company into a merchant account with unsupported claims and contract costing us over $5000

Do not do business with these companies (My Merchant Money LLC is an agent of U.S. Merchant Systems). We were lured into merchant account, credit card processing contract, with this company who promised free sales leads for a year and reimbursement of our credit card processing machine each year as long as our sales have reached a certain amount, which our business has. The cost to us for both of these failed agreements exceeds $5000.

We also received a call from this company 5 months ago wanting us to fax them our copy of the contract because they "lost" their copy! This contract contained all of my personal and company's vital information: bank account numbers, copy of my drivers license with social security number, voided check copy, etc.

This company has caused me indescribable frustration, aggravation and stress. I can only hope this report will stop others from going through the same experience.
