Ripoff scam deceptive company consumer fraud

They promised a $2000 credit card, no fees for the life of the card, $10 minimum payments, free long distance, and a Florida vacation. When I called to check the status of the card with the 800 number I was given, there was no answer.

I called later and stayed on hold with a stupid recording telling me they were experiencing high call volumes. I went to the bank and signed a reclamation of funds paper for the $199.90 and $10.00 amounts that were taken out of my checking account.

These people are cons that not only rip you off, but connect themselves with legitimate businessmen. I spoke with the long distance company and the vacation company whose "free" services came with the card. They are just as mad and willing to press charges as I am.
