Ripoff Took my 35.00 and won't give it bank

Bought the service via paypal. Was to get access code. Never rec'd it. After 1 week I called to asked for a refund and after no response I contacted the BBB. STill no refund given. This is how they pay their associates, rippingoff people like me.
