Capital Choice Consumer Credit Inc ripoff victimized many consumers

I sent in my $39.00 for their offer of a Gold Card. When I recieved their catalog, I was under the impression that I was going to get a Gold card. I sent back all the items that were sent to me and asked for a refund of my $39.00. I did recieve a check from them for $39.00, but when i deposited it into my account, it came back as a CLOSED account. I was charged not only the $39.00 but also a $5.00 charge to cover the returned check.

I sent copies to this company of the returned item demanding my money back. I have not heard from them, but I am waiting for a reply. I believe that I proably will never see my money again! Don't be a fool, do NOT send in any money to agencies that don't deliver.invistigate any company that sounds to good to be true.
