Horrible customer service, great inconvenience!

Our credit unionis charge card lately transformed to be managed by FIA card providers. Without any contract from me, they began creating their cost instantly out-of my checking account, which, with this specific credit union, is inactive. The total amount was $5. I attempted to get hold of them, and my newest report to be on-hold was 48minutes. (I hook them up to speakerphone while I work).
