Scammed me with substantial amount of money

I was told that this guy is a federal lawyer for 35 years. He is managing an investment firm called High Falls Funding. He asked me to invest money with him where he will give me 2% a month. He gave me the agreement and he also gave me his personal guarantee.

Now I found out that he has been disbarred and he has been scamming other people and investors in the past. He told me now that he has no assets and that is why the personal guarantee does not mean anything. I have been giving him money whenever he needed but he is not paying me anything back.
