MWC Group is the company that Jeff Galpern owns. One of his employees who's name is Royce Teets has sold me stock before and I expected this transaction to go smoothly. Unfortunately it did not. I sent in a considerable amount of money (around $10,000.00) back in March for stock in SDVG and expected to get my stock right away. It is now the end of July and I have gotten nothing but unanswered phone calls and when I do get through to Royce or Jeff, I get excuses.

I decided to do a little research and found out that this Galpern person is no stranger to being sued. There is a pending lawsuit against him right now regarding another stock (STSM) involving RICO charges. There are also numerous domestic violence suits against him too. To see for yourself go the Palm Beach County Clerk's website (Florida) then on the left click on Civil, Criminal & Traffic Records Search then on the next page click on Search by person name, Accept the disclaimer then simply type in Galpern in the Last Name field and Jeff in the First Name field then click on Submit. You'll be just as shocked as I was. The Icarus lawsuit is the big one.

I was also shocked to learn that he promotes his stock deals with a phony website called Market-ology. The name of the contact person at that site looked familiar and sure enough I was right. Dymphna Gonzales's name popped up on the clerk's website too for domestic violence and even a feloney. These are bad bad people!!!

I'm consulting with my attorney this week and will be showing him the RICO suit and see if I can file one myself. I'm also in the process of finding out if other people were ripped off and send them here to post their stories.

Stay tuned... This person is a crook, a liar and a thief. I'm tired of being jerked around and I'm going to take very serious action.
