Did not give me a copy of my appraisal I paid for, Wasted my time getting a loan to the point of being 2 plus months later and then no lender, lied an forged documents, he committed fraud with lenders and bankers ripoff

My main complaint is that Michael Mitchell will not send me my appraisal, I paid for through the email. He is immature and overly sensitive, and thinks I have insulted him. All I want is my appraisal.

He committed fraud with lenders and bankers by fluffing up my business description, and in the end did not keep me informed of the loan progress.

Simply a pat on the head. On Mondays he was never in the office and would tell me we would close by the nd of the week.By the end of the week he would tell me that Monday we would sign the papers for the re-fi.in the mean time I got 2 and a half months behind on my payments because he kept saying it would happen tomorrow.

The guys commission was out rageously high and he insisted on re-fi-ing both my houses when originally I only wanted the one re-fi'ed. He is a nasty, discriminating, liar and a cheat. He took my money and did not deliver the services he promised. Not even my appraisal I paid $350.00 for thru the email. I mean how hard is that to do but to push the "forward" button?

The appraisal is useless to him yet he is being childish and immature in not sending it to me. He has made threats to me. He is a real business nightmare and jerk. I think he is discriminating against me because I am a single woman who he thinks he can push and bully around.
