DaimlerChrysler Truck Financial (FasTruck)> Deceived, Lied, Then Repossossed> Must Read & Beware Ripoff

A few years back DaimlerChrysler Truck Group financed a Freightliner for me. I was always in "Good-Standing" with them, always paid my statements on time. But, at the end of 2006 the motor blew-up in the Freightliner & on top of this another Driver accidently slid into me on ice while out on the road and knocked the rearend out of it also. (No charges filed). I had no alternative but to put the truck in several shops for repairs. During this time I had to get employment as local driver in order just to pay my mortgage, car payment, electric, food, water, etc... The pay did not compare to what I was making as an Owner/Operator & I was barely getting by. The whole time the truck was in various shops I stayed in contact with DaimlerChrysler in order to keep them updated. I also sent them as much money as I could just to show "Good-Faith Payments". I always sent them faxes of repair bills & all verification of what was going on with the truck. DaimlerChrysler said they understood & I honestly thought they were working with me. I put every cent I had into the repair of this truck. I even took out a SECOND mortgage on my home to finish paying for the repairs. I invested about $15,000.00 for the repairs but that was how I made my living & without the truck I could not pay anything. This past March, 07, DaimlerChrysler contacted me for payment knowing the truck was still in the shop at the time. I told the gentleman there that the truck was almost "finally" repaired & I would be able to send 2 payments at the end of March. He told me that WOULD BE FINE! I thought everything was O.K. But just when the truck was finally out of the last shop, around the middle of March, a woman called me from DaimlerChrysler & said they were picking the truck up. She asked me if the truck was repaired & I told her that it was & that I was scheduled for a load to Texas. I was due to leave the following day & it was going to pay me $3,000.00. (That would have been their 2 payments). I told her this & also told her of my conversation with the other gentleman from DaimlerChrysler about making the 2 payments at the end of March. But, once she found out the truck was fixed she had no more to say to me. They took my truck! Now, I am going to loose everything, especially my home due to the 2 mortgages. During the time of the repairs DaimlerChrysler deceived me. As long as the truck was tore-up they had no interest in it. I even contacted the President here in the U.S. & also sent a fax to their main office in Germany with proof of all calls, faxes, correspondence & repairs trying to resolve this. Received no response. If I were a lazy bum that didn't pay my bills half the time I could understand it. But, I always kept DaimlerChrysler paid until this happened. The only other time they had to work with me for a short while was when my left kidney died from a blood clot in 2005. Once I got back on my feet I got everything caught-up with them! And, I would have got this caught-up also if given the chance. They NEVER gave me the chance! Sometimes situations arise that a person has no control over & this was one of those situations. It has been hard & with them taking the truck it is going to get even harder now. They have lied to me & made statements during these past months that they had NO intentions of honoring. I was "falsely" led to believe all was fine with them. If you are considering using this company please do reconsider. These people are out for themselves only. They have NO heart & are ruthless.in their eyes "we" are the "lower-class minority". There are better companies to use. If they send in a rebuttal against this please take it with a "grain of salt". There is absolutely NO reply, rebuttal, or response they can give to try to resolve this complaint at this point. I have all documentation, people's names, copies, witnesses & proof to back up everything I have said.
