They offer help to apply for a grant. The middle man. Claim to have attorneys and deal with the goverment all the time. I did same process as these other people and have same result. I was dupped and learned from it and had to reopen a diffrent account since I did give my info out. Luckily it was a $299 learning mistake. I quess this consulting fraud was just starting.
