I, also, couldn't access the www.valueplusonline.com/available/type/gc website. I named to stop my account @ 1 800-475-1942 & talked to some customer support representative & I also questioned just how to receive the $25.00 Giftcard. She explained to visit:

And affirmed, there's an application to obtain & complete & deliver for that $25.00 Giftcard. I've preserved this type & may publish it for that Gift-Card. We will observe how long that requires. (It's suggested to permit 8 - 10 months for bill of Gift-Card) Perhaps I Will have it over time for Holiday!!! LOL

You need to do need to enroll & produce a login & code. Or, you are able to enroll utilizing the customer amount submitted the Welcome Notice.
