What a sleazy operation!

Many years before, I bought a mobile phone for my boy with cerebral palsy to possess to ensure that me to possess continuous use of him, and he in my experience, during his day in a protected class for functionally handicapped people. Starting 2 or 3 years back, he started getting calls out of this organization (NCO) regarding an outstanding statement by somebody having a distinct title who evidently had this telephone number previously. Our boy is not able to reply the telephone instantly when he gets a phone because of his bodily restrictions; he should consider many moments to get the telephone from the unique wallet on his trousers, after which, seeing it's not from me, has me pay attention to the voice-mail within the nights. I've named the corporation repeatedly through the years, plus they usually apologize and state the issue is likely to be fixed. But, it's all to no avail. The phone is just for problems, and, normally, this causes my boy excellent panic when it rings in his workplace, and he's not able to instantly get the telephone. I've read online the amounts of grievances about that organization, and find out there's little option for an innocent target like my boy except to obtain a new telephone number, at some cost, and expect the greater. Exactly what a sleazy procedure!
