And Carla Donner Stole My Money and Lost Vehicle

While I was in search of a loan via the internet, was contacted by a Ms. Carla Donner from representing this company stating that I qualified for a $10,000 loan. She stated that because of my credit rating, which I know is not that good, I would have to put up insurance in order to receive the loan, which I would receive back with a good payment history in six months. I explained I did not have that kind of money to put up, and would have to look elswhere.

Ms. Donner called me back a week later, stating the offer was still good. I informed her I had been the victim of such a scam several years back and was very skeptical of putting up my monies as I am a divorced mother of three and living basically paycheck to paycheck and did not want to use my funds for my current expenses.

Ms. Donner assured me all was fine and she would not want to go to jail over $900 (the insurance/collateral fee), as the check would be in the mail the next day via UPS. Needless to say I took my car payment and electrical utility payment to send to a Ms. Louden in Jamaica as Ms. Donner said this was a "private lender.

Since that time, I have not seen any payment, have not been able to contact this company, nor have any of my friends or family members been able to contact this company via e-mail or telephone. Since that time, I am on the verge of loosing my vehicle due to have the loan with a "sub-prime" company and unable to make up the loss of those funds due to rent and other expenses. I should have known better. But when you are a divorcee and trying to make ends meet, you tend to take people at their word.

You can believe I will not be making or accepting applications over the internet again, ever!!!
