Capital Financial card is a fraud! No such company, and now I am out $200! Ripoff

Over a year ago, I was contacted by this company, promising partialy secured credit card with capital one, alls I would have to do is put $200 down to receive card. They took $200 out of my banking account as promised, but took over 1 month to receive card. Little to my surprise, a merchant card arrives at my home, and 4 $50 vouchers, but I would have to pay 35% down to use them! I was so angry, and threw the catalog into a junk drawer, and figured it was my mistake and I would learn my lesson.

I have moved two times since then, and recently came across the vouchers, and figured since I had them, I might as well take a look at what they have, and maybe make a purchase since I was out $200.00.

Little to my surprise, the web site doesnt exist, and the 888 number located on card is disconnected.

I guess it has been too long to do anything about it, but just wanted it to be known that this company is a fraud, and I hope they ARE out of business and nobody else gets scammed by this company. I dont know what else I can do about it.
