Property Management Company who does nothing but take our money ripoff

Dome Property does nothing but take our money. There are no amneities here there is a 20x20 common area, that gets mowed if we are lucky every 20 days. They send someone to plow the cul de sac but thats usually after we already shovel ourselves out, and then they plow us back in.

I fell behind my 50 dollar payments back in 2004 hospital i requested a payment extension as i was living on my savings and my mtg and medical bills were more important while i was waiting for my social security disability to come in. They took me to court for 250, while i was in the hospital the president knew i was in the hospital hence why this all happened.

I then had to pay the judgment of 392.79, which I paid via money order. Yet my lawyer wrote a letter to them and Dome sent it to their lawyer, their lawyer then charged fees anywhere from $65 to $1200 per letter. My bill is now $7971.00 mind you I have been making my payments every month, and am getting charged $10 late fees as well.

My lawyer sent them a letter with copies of all my payments, money orders and checks. I sent them copies as well, and they proceeded to say they never got them, mind you they were delivered certified mail. They said I changed the date on one of the checks mind you my mother wrote the check and we gave them copies of the check before and after. They cashed the check a yr after it was sent. Mind you this caused a ton of collection fees etc and anguish. They also served me with foreclosure papers. My name and info was all over the internet.

Mind you I have paid them more then what has been due. I have fallen and broken my leg, my son required stitches on his knee and he is a model and lost jobs because of it. I have complained to Dome about water in my basement cars blocking me in, but they are not allowed to talk to me, they said I need to go through their lawyer. The lawyer then charges fees to answer the letter requesting info from them.

I am so sick of it. My lawyer sent them another letter on May 7th and then on 6/15/07 their lawyer charged me $825 for collection expenses.

This is utterly ridiculous.

Mind you the owner of the place is Motelson and so is the lawyer, this is a conflict

I want to know what I need to get rid of this, they are a bunch of cheats, they scam all of the homeowners.

I didnt even get a notice of the Shareholders Meeting to vote who is on the board. Mind you I think they discriminate against disabled people and single parents, because others here owe alot more then what I did and nothing happens to them. But anyone I talk to something gets sent to them.

I need help to get rid of them.
