Midland is still trying to collect a debt from 1991,15 years after SOL expired San Diego

MCM is still trying to collect a debt that is 15 years old. The "last missed payment" was in 1992. Midland has repeatedly misrepresented the date as which was the year that Wells Fargo bought the original creditor. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and suggest you all do the same.

This company uses unfair practices and should not be allowed to do business. The statute of limitations in Iowa is 7 years... Therefore the statute had already expired when Wells Fargo obtained the account.
