Ripoff Debited my bank acct $159.95 w/o my authorization for a homeland card

They debited my checking account $159.95 w/o my authorization for a 'homeland card' whatever that is; was done via my home computer although our new internet wasn't hooked up until the next day since we just moved to a new area. My bank says it was electronically generated payable to EDP card for the purchase of Homeland Card, confirmation of 63442666 on 6/26/07 from my home computer w / my computer IP address. Customer service number that came through w / the request for the debit is 1-800-430-0672. Pre-authorized/no sign required.
