Rip off scam con artists tricked and lied to us

I was just ripped off by BCC. They told me they were going to debi my accout on August 30th, and the did it on Aug 15th instead. I just disputed the charge with my bank, their going to investigate it further, and hopefully I'll get my money back.

If anyone has any suggestions on any other way to try and get my money back, i'd really appreciate the help! If I am successful with the bank, I will write back ad advise as well.
