DECEPTIVE WORDING IN ORDER TO OBTAIN MONEY consumer fraud ripoff

I received a letter last year from Credicorp Inc. And they stated that if I sent $29.95 in they would send me a $10,000 credit limit on thier card.

I never received anything other than a letter stating that I was approved. I figured that I had been taken and that it was my own fault.

When I received another notice that I owed $29.95 I got on the internet an found out that they are still in business and hope that I will send them more money. They suckered me once and that will be the only time. I have written off the other money and learned my lesson.

Why are they still in business?
