Endorsement on cancelled check, but they never received it!

I must admit that I felt as if I was the only individual that was being harassed by these incompetent people.

I have been fighting with them since October about a mortgage payment that was made to them. I have the canceled check with their endorsement on the back. I have talked with numerous telephone reps on the phone and they have all stated that none of these funds are posted to my account. They have said that it will be up to me to prove otherwise.

I was given a fax number and told to fax a front and back copy of the check. I have done so twice and my new statements continue to show me in arrears.

I decided to let it go and then the big dogs
in Florida threatened to foreclose on me.

Again I spoke with a rep on the phone and was told to send a copy of the check (front and back). She said the copy must be 100% readable or it would be thrown away and that we would have to start all over again. I don't understand why a legitimate auditing firm would not see these mistakes. It's obvious after reading all of these reports that we are not all liar's as has been suggested.

I would be more than interested in hearing plans for class action suits against this organization. I am outraged that this can happen in the United States.
