Ripoff dishonest charging of a very High Interest Rate

Last year I refinanced my mortgage on my home and while others are charging around 7%, this company is charging me 10.75%. Which is making it extremely difficult for me to pay my bills. Needed to refinance at that time due to family problems in Canada and I had to go up there to make sure all was well. I feel I was taken advantage of. I would go to another mortgage company but because I live in a modular home no one will give refinanced mortgages at this time.
