Never received the items bought! Ripoff

I'm italian, and I live in Italy. I've purchased a set of 2 million of new Iraqi Dinars from a company called "United World Exchange", located in Chicago, through one of their websites "usdinar.com" on 17th of january. As per instructions received by mail from them, I've paid 1820 USD through a Bank Wire Transaction. I have the receipt of payment. But, at this moment, I still have to receive the items ordered and they don't reply to mail, while the call centre is a fake with nothing more than a pre-recorded voice. Now I also can't send mail to them since they have closed their accounts. Now I see they don't accept purchases of Dinars from their website anymore. Be careful!!! They use to re-open web-sites under other names.
