I am sorry for Franchine in Philadelphia. I almost sent $456 to insure my loan for $5000, all documents looked legal. My loan rep was Donald Page. I called the Kentucky Dept of Banking and Finance to inquire about KTL. I was advised this is a scam. I was lucky not to have sent any money.

Folks, please do not fall for these people, they are not for real and will take your money and run. Your deposit is sent to a Canadian location and can not be protected by U.S. Laws
