L.A. Contractors Corporation
This company almost took me for $2,600.00, which I do not have. There has got to be a way to get back at them

I received a letter from Mutual Clearing House along with a check from L.A. Contractors for $2,600.00. I called the number on the letter and the gentleman told me to deposit the check and he gave me a confirmation number and stated that I would receive a check in the amount of $56,400.00. The told me that Walmart was involved with this and another company.

I call Walmart who informed me that this was a fraud. I brought all paper work to the bank and had them look it over. They stated that you shouldn't have to pay money to get money. What would have happened to me if I deposited the check would be that they would take the money and a matter of days the check would bounce and I'd have to pay the bank $2,000.00. This is one bill I do not need.

I am still going to finish my investigation on them and write this Mutual Clearing house a letter. I'm glad I did some research before jumping into this.
