They keep charging my debit card for services NOT provided ME! Ripoff

It all started-or at least I noticed it about Nov. 2006—these crazy charges to my child support debit card. Not authorized by me; not sure how they got my info. I called the state—they can't stop these charges. They don't have a address for these people. I've gotta find a web or physical address of someone who's ripping me off!!!
