Charges I didn't authorize and Horizon Gold scam!

Yes, I've significantly less than perfect credit. Then when someone like me searches online to get a charge card, they obtain a crapload of pre-paids and cards to be used just on the sites (Horizon Gold).

I understand this pre-acceptance part of the email to get a Horizon Gold Card. No creditcheck, immediate acceptance, $500 original credit point. Works out it is only for their crap "store" website for issues that you don't actually require. We ought to all understand, things like that's too-good to become accurate.

Next,

I requested a card online, from the business named EDP reporting. They consider your data and state you are "accepted" but you never get any verification mail, telephone call, NOTHING! Which means you recognize it should be a fraud, trigger there is no card, no-contact, simply this notice that provides me a "code" for cash advances from an ATM however the document does not have a business title, it is virtually empty.
