Exessive calls harrassing sales people

I cant remember when my first phone call was, but it must have been at least 3 weeks ago. They call at least 2 times a day. I keep telling them i am not intrested and to take me off thier list. They keep calling, and i keep hanging up on them. Well i had one time when Justin called me, told me he had talked to me last week, and that i hung up on him. Just then he hung up on me. Is this anyway to do business? And i keep getting calls just this morning i got one. Dont they ever give up?
