Total Incompetency Ripoff

Amerisave promised a low rate and fast service. Three weeks before we were supposed to close on our house, we submitted all our paper work to Amerisave. Two weeks after the closing date, we still have not heard anything about closing. Our loan officers changed, they went on vacation, nobody called us back, they continued to promise that the loan would come through the next day or at the latest in two days. This has been going on for the last two weeks and still no news from Amerisave. Meanwhile, we managed to procure a loan from another company in just two weeks. But the rates have gone way up and now we are going to pay over a thousand dollars more a year. It was a huge mistake using this company and I really regret it. It almost jeopardized the purchase of our house because of complete incompetency on their part. Our loan should have been a no-brainer. Do not use Amerisave unless you want to waste time and money.
