RJM Acquisitions
They are trying to ripoff inocent people who are just trying to get their credit back in order. They are frauds and should be punished!

I recently received an acquisition letter from RJM Acquisitions stating that I owed them $103.61 on a credit card that I had opened in November, 1999.in September I took care of the debt through another creditor who gave me a settlement to take care of the full amount.

The bill showed up on my credit report as settled/no longer owing in March. Just yesterday (June 20) I received the letter from RJM saying that I owe the balance of the settlement. NINE MONTHS after I paid the original creditors!

What are these people trying to pull? I am in the middle of trying to purchase a house. I am waiting for the banker to call me back and tell me if this new bill has showed up on my credit report. How can they get away with this?
