Harrassing calls and inaccurate information

I received a call from a representative of United Cash Loans who did not identify themselves and began to speak to me as if I knew what they were talking about.

They stated that I still owed a balance and I stated that I would talk to them from my home. The representative continued the conversation on the phone and stated they had tried to reach by phone, which is a lie, and could not.

They have debited my account for an amount but I am not sure at this point how much until it has been investigated at the bank.in either case, the call was conducted improperly and I believe they are charging far above what was obtained originally. I have no way to contact them because their website does not list a customer service contact or when I tried to retrieve the number that called me the number was 000-000-0000.
