Unable to stop monitoring charges

I closed a-3 year agreement with this particular organization. Our 3-year responsibility was over 01/07 I've provided them faxed needs, published requests and telephone calls however they proceed to invoice me. I forgot to say they required 2 unauthorized funds from my checking account and that I needed to invest $30 to put end cost on my bill. After I contact the organization to determine about solving this problem I'm simply placed on store or delivered to voice-mail.
