Ripoff Company is trying to keep us behind Did a modification and change Payment w/o Notice switched our escrow from State farm w/o notice

American Servicing Company needs to be stopped. This company is also Wells fargo. Tried to keep us behind, added late fees and 30 days lates when there was none.

Could not re-fi due to there bogus credit reporting.
They Did a modification and jumped our payments 500 more a month.

I tried talking with them, they are saying take it or lose your house basically. They have us over a barrel. Our payments before they purchased this from a great mortgage company we like, was 1200 a month, now it is 1800!!

They recently contacted us saying the payment went up to 1860 to cover insurence on this house. We have been with State Farm 17 years and it has always been with them. State Farm has assured us they have had
no previous contact with ASC, and Asc said they can do this as well.

We cannot make these high payments, and originally signed paperwork to have the 1200 payment. How do they get away with this? How do we stop them? How can we keep our house? Will we have to sale?
These are questions that have kept us awake at night. Who can we report them to? Please help!!!
