They ripped me off and i'm pissed Ripoff

I applied for a credit card online. I never agreed to any fee. Today (6-13-07) I check my checking account balance and saw that this company called edpreporting deducted $49.95 from my checking account yesterday without my authorization. I am in the process of contacting my bank. I am on disability and I've been given an approx date as to when I will be leaving this earth due to an illness that has no cure. I don't have anything to loose. If these people don't give me my money back than I'm going to there business personally and get it. Any one have any other suggestions?
