I'll make this short and sweet, and i will try to give you the facts as I know them... I worked for The Loan Consultants for several years and this is what I know. First, they make most if not all the earnings on selling memberships, working there for almost four years we would laugh about people thinking that we made cash of a mythical promotional revenue that was stated in our marketing video. Secondly, they will bring anybody on board if they have the money. (if you are considering joining you can get a least a 50% discount.) Finally, for most people I consider this an unwise investment. If your going into the mortgage business start of with a net-branch then get your own licence and start your own company. Working with a net-branch will teach you more than the Loan Consultants ever could. God bless, and good luck.
