Wells Fargo & Deer Point Homes Bad Credit report for Faulty home ripoff Woodstock Illinois

I have already filed a report against Wells Fargo due to an Equity line of Credit they gave against my property. Now my 3yr brand new constructed home has sunk 2 inches above ground level. When code is 6-8 inches.

The Builder Deer Point Homes and the City of Woodstock Il let a bad leak from the B-box to the Street line leak for over 30 days. I have incurred over 20-25 foundational cracks. Those were not fixed at all. Once the leak was fixed. A bad odor came through the cracks first I was told sewer gas, now no one knows. The Mchenry county Health dept. Has been here they are not
able to tell but realize there is a problem. My 6yr old was in the Hospital ER
Me and my sons are getting sick as the smell gets worse and to the floors.

I advised Wells Fargo of this. They do not care either, They want there 2550.72 a month mort. Payment when in fact I have been paying med bills storage bills and they have threatened to forclose on the previous loan to my ex.

This property is unsafe look up the Mccullom Lake Lawsuit. This is how we feel in here sick. Yet they want 8K taxes? Wells Fargo has made my Credit very bad that I can't even rent now. This is poor and neglect Yet when a parent abuses a child they get arrested?
